South Sefton House is a 4 bedroomed cottage that sleeps up to 8 people comfortably.
The lounge seats a large number of people with a couple of sofas and arm chairs. The ceiling has oak wood beams while the lounge also has a log burning stove, Satellite TV, DVD, video, stereo system, wireless is available.
The dining area has a wooden oak table and chairs, there is a small TV and CD player, a sofa bed is available as an extra bed, once again the ceiling is wooden beamed.
Kitchen with fan assisted oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge and freezer, toaster, kettle, toaster, pots and pans and cutlery.
Laundry room is next to the kitchen, inside there is a washing machine, dryer and cleaning materials.
Bedrooms all have oak wood floors, bedroom 1 has a double bed and a fire place, a TV and DVD.
Bedroom 2 has twin beds and a fireplace.
Bedroom 3 has bunk beds.
Bedroom 4 is the master bedroom with its own fireplace, en-suite bathroom oak wood ceiling, balcony with a view of the garden, a double bed and TV with a DVD player.
Outside there is a secure and closed garden, all kinds of flowers a plants surround the garden, and there are a number of fruit trees. The outside has a private terraced dining area great for a barbeque. The dining area has table and chairs for up to six people, although no swimming pool there are still sun lunge beds on which to relax and taking the evening breeze.
