The cottage is well placed and next to a main road and with an easy walking distance to the town of Sefton, making it accessible to local conveniences. Restored only a few years ago from a dairy farmhouse the cottage has been refurbished to a good modern standard while maintaining its tradional look, it also has a small apartment built into it. The cottage is available for most parts of the year.
